We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service for a reasonable amount. If you choose to have your order shipped with a specific carrier please contact us via phone to make the appropriate changes to your order. This could result in additional shipping charges.

Orders received will be shipped within ten business days.

It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your order must be re-shipped you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

If your package is returned to us by our shipping company due to a customer error, we will be glad to reship this for you but the cost to reship will be your responsibility. The cost to reship will be equal to the amount you paid for shipping on the order. I

We ship all of our products from Southwest Missouri. It will take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to reach you.

When your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your order, please notify us with in 72 hours or 3 business days of the date the package was marked delivered. We are not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery from your delivery location.
