Shipping & Returns


We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service for a reasonable amount. If you choose to have your order shipped with a specific carrier please contact us via phone to make the appropriate changes to your order. This could result in additional shipping charges.           

Orders received will be shipped within 10 business days

It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your order must be re-shipped you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

If your package is returned to us by our shipping company after 3 delivery attempts, we will be glad to reship this for you but the cost to reship will be your responsibility. The cost to reship will be equal to the amount you paid for shipping on the order. In the event this occurs when free shipping is applicable then regular shipping rates will apply.

We ship all of our products from Southwest Missouri. It will take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to reach you. 

When your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive your order, please notify us with in 72 hours or 3 business days of the date the package was marked delivered. We are not responsible for items that are stolen after delivery from your delivery location. 


Due to the type of products we sell we DO NOT accept returns or make exchanges. Once our products leave our facility we are not able to control the level of purity or sanitation. These items are not able to be restocked once they leave the facility. Please make sure that you check your order sufficiently before submitting it. We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.  

If you receive  your package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 72 hours to make a claim. If you receive your order and the products are damaged inside the box or packaging, please notify us within 72 hours to make a claim. Please keep all packing materials and products intact, in the box until further instruction is given. You may need these items to remain in the same condition you received them in order to prove damage to the shipping company.       

If we send incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours. We will take the proper steps to ensure that you receive the correct items that you ordered.
